Sawing & Slotting (Cold Circular Saws):
Length cuts up to 8,000 mm, widths up to 3,000 mm, and thicknesses up to 200 mm. Suitable for all rolled and forged products – round, flat, or square. Length tolerance: +1 / -0 mm, optionally even tighter.
Block Cutting:
Flat cuts directly from forged blocks with a saw tolerance of -0/+5 mm. Ideal for dimensions not available as bar stock. Benefits: significantly reduced oversize, less machining volume, no forging skin, resulting in a faster path to the finished part.
Abrasive Waterjet Cutting:
Highest cut quality without heat input. Accuracy in tenths of a millimeter, smooth cut surfaces, and great design freedom. Working area up to 6,000 x 2,500 mm with material thickness up to 60 mm. Perfect complement to plasma and mechanical methods, with minimal or no rework required.
Plasma Cutting:
Underwater: up to 12,000 x 3,000 x 70 mm | Dry: up to 6,000 x 2,500 x 150 mm. Especially efficient for stainless, acid-resistant, and heat-resistant steels, maintaining high dimensional accuracy even for large formats.

Grinding – Optics Finish for High-Quality Surfaces
For premium surface finishing, we offer professional optics grinding on a modern multi-station belt grinding machine using a wet grinding process. This is a visual finish (not tolerance grinding) that gives your products a clean, uniform appearance – technically precise and visually appealing.
